ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil BIO MARFUGA® TRACE extra virgin olive oil is obtained through cold extraction of selected olives.
The Frantoio, Leccino e Moraiolo cultivars produce an oil with a green, persistent smell of fresh olives with hints of green almond and artichoke.
Its flavour is moderately intense, well-balanced and harmonious.

20 October to 30 November
CULINARY ADVICE:
It is excellent on boiled pasta, grilled meat and vegetables, freshwater fish.
