“SASSENTE” extra virgin olive oil is obtained from 100% Frantoio olives, it expresses an elegant and complex aroma, with fresh notes of green almond. To the taste, it has a sweet entrance with green hints of grass and almond, at the end a pleasant and balanced bitter and spicy makes it a very elegant oil.
Culinary advice: strictly raw on beans, chickpeas and vegetable soups; excellent on red meat or tasty fish. To appreciate its fragrant characteristics, we recommend it in combination with simple dishes such as rice or white pasta with parmesan.
