One of the most eagerly awaited moments of the year has arrived: the Marfuga® 2026 New Harvest.
Freshly picked olives are transformed into Extra Virgin Olive Oil, bringing with them the aromas, flavours and unique identity of our land.
The 2026 olive harvest is giving us an oil of exceptional sensory quality, intensely aromatic, fresh and full of character. It is the result of the work carried out in our olive groves and the care devoted to every stage of production, from harvesting and milling the olives to bottling.
The first expression of the new season is Marfuga® Unfiltered Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil: the freshest and most authentic expression of the new harvest. An oil that preserves all the freshness and intensity of freshly milled olives, with aromas and sensations that capture the very first days of the olive-pressing season.
