EXPERIENCE” extra virgin olive oil is a blend of olives produced from a strict selection, first in the olive groves and then in the mill, made by Francesco, owner and miller of Marfuga.

This green color extra virgin, fruity and fragrant, has an unmistakable flavor of olives, definitely herbaceous with dominant hints of artichokes and green almond.

Culinary advice: perfect in all seasoning used raw, particularly with rich and tasty dishes, we recommend it on legumes soups, meat and, grilled vegetables.
