EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

PDO Umbria Extra Virgin olive oil first cold pressed from olives harvested by hand in the olive groves that grow between Assisi and Spoleto, in the heart of Umbria, an area with a traditional vocation for cultivating olives. The Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino cultivars in this privileged position, with special climatic conditions and a calcareous soil, produce a green oil, fruity and an unmistakable flavor of olives, definitely herbaceous with prominent hints of artichokes and green almond.

HARVEST PERIOD:
10 October to 25 November

CULINARY ADVICE:
Perfect in all seasoning used RAW, particularly with rich and tasty dishes. We recommend it on legume soups grilled vegetables and meat.
